Joined this year “Top Band Only” in recreational CW mode, hoping to meet a lot of CW friends.

First QSO in the log was PI4CC at 12:13, he was quite surprised with my 599 GD on such a quiet band. PA18T, almost a local station was nr 2.

In the meantime I was fixing my recent bargain, a Lenco L75 Turntable, an old Akai amplifier on the workbench as well, playing old vinyl records on the background. This is what I call recreational mode, HI.

First cluster spots from Rusia appear at 13:30

Calling cq with no results until around 15:30 only 5 PA stations in the log. First stations returning on CQ at 15:42 and from now on running station: 1 hr 44 qso,s and 16 multipliers at 18:30.

R8TT is multiplier 27 and at 22:03 end of contest for me, going for a good night sleep after 174 Topband QSO,s
